Here’s how to get the 7th Anniversary Hat (head item):
- Login your Club Penguin account.
- Go to the Coffee Shop using your map or EPF Phone.
- Click on the blue and yellow-striped party hat on the table, to the right of the cake.
- A screen will pop up. Select “Yes” to pick up the party hat.
