How to be a Club Penguin Tour Guide:
When you become a Club Penguin Tour Guide, you receive a free Tour Guide hat. Also, you can now give tours to other penguins. More information on giving tours to other penguins can be found here. However, before becoming a Tour Guide, you must pass a test. To take this test, your penguin must be at least 45 days old. You can see how old your Club Penguin account is by clicking on the question mark on the right of your chat bar.
- Begin becoming a Tour Guide by going to the Ski Village. Click on the wooden booth that reads “Tours”. Read the sign and take the test. Remember that your penguin must be at least 45 days old!
- Below are some questions that will be found on the test. Underneath are the answers. They’re not in any particular order, so we recommend using Ctrl + F if you are searching for a specific question.

- When you finish the test, you will receive your free Tour Guide hat. It will now be under the “Head” section of your inventory. If you didn’t pass the test, which is unlikely, retake take the test and make sure you chose the correct answers.

How to Give a Tour on Club Penguin:
Giving a tour on Club Penguin is very simple. Firstly, wear the Tour Guide hat and click the “W” key on your keyboard. Your penguin will now be holding a “Tours Here” sign over their head. When someone approaches you and asks for a Tour, click the speech bubble icon on the left of your chat bar. Go to Activities > Games > Give a tour. Your penguin will now automatically give a short tour to the room your are in. Every Club Penguin room has a different tour message. Have fun helping penguins out around the island!
