1. Login your Club Penguin account.
2. Go to the Coffee Shop using either your map or EPF Phone.
3. You should see a pin in the top-left corner, next to the red couche. Walk to it.
4. A blue screen will pop up when you step on the pin. Click “Yes” to pick it up.
